At Real Buds Dispensary, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We take great care to ensure all products are of the highest quality, properly packaged, and safely delivered. However, we understand that issues may arise and are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and compliance with health and safety regulations, all cannabis product sales are final. This includes flower, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and topicals. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund as appropriate.
3. Missing Items
If you receive an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and either send the missing item or offer a credit/refund depending on stock availability.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate or resolve the issue.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credits will be issued instantly to your customer account.
